Go hard or go home – okay, don’t go home, but when you do go home, make sure you haven´t gained too much travel weight. I know that it can be hard to resist the delicious food while abroad; I´m not sure about you but food is about 50% of the reason I travel (okay 90%). To help you work off that wine and cheese here are some YouTube videos of workouts that are easy to do on your travels. You don´t need any equipment so you can do them anywhere!

These workouts will help tone every part of your body to make sure that you remain in tip-top shape while away. The videos range in length depending how much time you have. But really you have no excuse because one is only 7 minutes and you can even do it in your pajamas.
Workout Playlist: Abs
If you are heading to the beach during your travels then you will want to make time for these videos. Now, I understand you would rather be on the beach than doing crunches in your hotel room so I included some workouts that only take 5 minutes of your beach time.
Workout Playlist: Arms
The arms are the part of your body that will probably show the most so you want to make sure that you keep them nice and toned. With these quick workouts that won’t take long. You can do these workouts quickly in the morning or right before bed – in fact you can even do them while in bed!
Workout Playlist: Cardio
This seems to be the least favorite of all workouts for people – and I hear ya! Especially when you are in a hot climate it can be tough to motivate yourself to go out for a run. Here some workouts though that make cardio fun – trust me! Plus they are fun to do with people so it can be a bonding experience with you and fellow travelers.
